Crossroads Corporate Centre

A $12 million, 62,000 G.S.F. office building. This "infill" speculative office building is strategically located next to the Crossroads Retail Center, a 600,000 G.S.F. retail and entertainment complex sited in central Irvine, on Barranca Parkway (major commercial arterial). Construction was completed during the summer of 2000. The project involved a complex zoning negotiation with the City of Irvine that provided the opportunity to maximize the allowable entitlements on the site. The building was fully leased by completion.
