After Sunset

A venture with Petersen Properties (Landowner), After Sunset is an $80 million, urban mixed-use development consisting of hotel, office and retail use(s). This important and highly visible site, strategically located at the intersection of Sunset and La Cienega Boulevards, has been designated by the City of West Hollywood as the "gateway" to the famed 'Sunset Strip.

Griffin was hired to evaluate complex seismic constraints and effects of a nearby fault line, and to prepare required materials to allow use of this otherwise prime site location. The project demonstrates a significant entitlement effort and analysis of site development feasibility.
