Senior Project/Construction Manager

Robert Godfrey brings more than 12 years of combined experience in construction management and planning. In addition, he has worked throughout Los Angeles County including in the cities of Los Angeles, Lawndale, Maywood and Santa Clarita. As a construction manager, he has been involved during all phases of development and construction. His responsibilities as a project/construction manager have entailed pre-construction services, public and stakeholder outreach, managing entitlement and plan check processes, obtaining building permits and coordinating inspections; and generating punch lists and overseeing project closeout. Robert has a proven record of project management involving effective communication with design team members, coordinating consultants, vendors and contractors―all to assure the client’s goals and objectives are achieved.
