Griffin Towers Parking Structure

This mixed-use project consisted of a 2,000 space above grade parking structure with 5,000 g.s.f. of ground floor retail and related service amenities. This project was the parking component of a 550,000 g.s.f. Class “A” office complex, “Griffin Towers,” and was developed and constructed utilizing the “fast-tracked” Design/Build methodology. The project was the recipient of numerous design awards.
