Griffin Towers

A $125 million joint venture between Ahmanson Commercial, Development, Inc. and Griffin Realty Corporation involving the development of two, 12-story, multi-award winning office buildings (550,000 G.S.F.), and a multi-level parking structure. This project serves as the western Regional Headquarters for Unisys, MCI, and American Bankers Insurance Group. This project was completed and sold in 1988, at a capitalization rate of 7.1% (lowest known Orange County capitalization rate on a sale for a project of this magnitude).
