Biltmore Partners - Biltmore Hotel

Mr. Lutton was Development Manager for the renovation of the One million square foot Historic Hotel in downtown Los Angeles. Work included renovation of 17 levels, 728 hotel rooms, five restaurants and the creation of 220,000 square feet of office space with new elevators. Bud Shore Architects, Westgroup Construction.
