Mr. Zimmerman oversaw the work as operations manager for the site development contractor. The $33 million project included grading, storm drain and sewer systems, construction of access roads, wet/dry utilities, decorative concrete, asphalt pavement, curb-and-gutter, elaborate fountains, several swimming pools, spas, site furnishings, and landscape treatments. Mr. Zimmerman performed this work while with ValleyCrest Landscape Dev’t.
