Senior Center and Community Center - City of Laguna Beach, California

This project began with the detailed programming and planning for the City of Laguna Beach Senior Center under contract to the Laguna Beach Seniors, a private not-for-profit corporation. The needs assessment project is described under a separate heading. The project has evolved into a turn-key program management project that includes the Laguna Beach Senior Center and the City of Laguna Beach Community Center, to be constructed as companion components of an Integrated community facility resting on a common parking structure. This $12 million, 13,800 gross sq. ft. project demonstrates the integration of programming services and facility delivery.
