McSweeny Farms Community Recreation Center

Situated on over 5 acres, McSweeny Farms Community Recreation Center includes a 19,000 s. ft. “barn style” community clubhouse, large community pool and spa, neighborhood park, sports courts, parking for 150 cars, and extensive landscape/hardscape improvements. Griffin, as project manager is coordinating design, permitting, bidding, and construction through delivery of the project for SunCal Companies.
