  • Created a strategic and business plan for the property that provided interim leasing revenues to offset the costs of entitlement, while entitling the property to its highest potential value.

  • Sold the property as a mixed-use project. Property disposition includes the coordination of reclamation efforts, lease-back provisions, environmental remediation and resource agency negotiations. Property sold to Legacy Partners for $45M. Transaction included a 600-acre land exchange with the Zone 7 Water District and a two-year soils contamination clean-up effort as regulated by Alameda County.
