Diann Kozlowski

Ms. Kozlowski is responsible for the coordination of all legal affairs and related services for Griffin Asset Management Company. She has 35 years experience working in the legal industry as a paralegal, with an emphasis in real property, corporate structures, mergers, acquisitions, and securities. She served as a paralegal with the law firms of Meserve, Mumper & Hughes (for 15 years), Jackson DeMarco & Peckenpaugh and smaller boutique firms. Ms. Kozlowski has had a business relationship with Griffin Realty Corporation and its principals for more than 20 years.

Ms. Kozlowski earned her undergraduate degree at the University of California Irvine, an A.S. degree in Paralegal Studies and an American Bar Association-Approved Paralegal Certificate from Fullerton College. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Orange County Paralegal Association, (which included serving as 2001 Educational Conference Chair), the Orange County Chapter of the National Parkinson Foundation, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of “I’m Home”, a non-profit corporation for homeless children.
