Prior to joining Griffin Structures, Mr. Mickle performed senior project and construction management services for Swinerton Builders, and before that was owner and president of Construction Management Services, Inc. He has an extensive professional construction management background, and understands how to bring private sector and public sector disciplines together in managing projects and in controlling schedules and costs.

Steve has had experience in this field since 1985, having served initially as Project Engineer, and advancing through positions of Field Engineer, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Executive. With Griffin Structures, Steve has responsibility for directing the Construction Management Services of the firm. He is extremely proficient in planning, organizing, and monitoring budgets and schedules from conceptual design through completion, and has a proven track record in managing the design team, consultants, vendors, contractors, and construction personnel.

Mr. Mickle earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Technology with an option in Construction Management at California State University, Chico, California.
