Mr. Lutton has been in the real estate business for over twenty-eight years and has held leadership positions in both the development and asset management fields. His substantial “hands-on” experience and “ground up” knowledge of the process makes him a valuable member of any real estate transaction. Mr. Lutton specializes in both National and International consulting and development transactions on behalf of institutional clients and high net worth investors.

Mr. Lutton’s development career includes the renovation of The Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles and development of the adjoining tower. He was a member of the design team responsible for the master planning of Spectrum in Orange County along with the development of approximately six million feet of Office and Flex Industrial space. Major office projects developed by Mr. Lutton include Jamboree Center (1.8m sq.ft.), MacArthur Court (1.1m sq. ft.), Westwood Gateway Phase Two (700k sq.ft.), AT&T Tower (480k sq. ft.), Western Digital’s Corporate Headquarters (500k sq. ft.); Out of state projects include mixed-use developments in Texas, Arizona, North Carolina, Michigan and Washington. Mr. Lutton’s development activity was accomplished through PLC Commercial, a partnership formed by Mr. Lutton and offshore investors and during his long tenure with The Irvine Company, where he served as President of the Office and Industrial divisions.

Mr. Lutton’s asset management career was tempered by his responsibility for over twenty million square feet of Irvine Company assets. Mr. Lutton left the Irvine Company to serve as Chairman and CEO of PM Realty Group, one of the nation’s largest property management firms. Mr. Lutton re-focused the company and reorganized the operating divisions consisting of three thousand employees in thirty-seven states representing over 110 million square feet of third party managed assets. For his efforts, Mr. Lutton was awarded Commercial Property News Real Estate Executive of the Year award.

Mr. Lutton resides in Newport Beach, California and is a member of ULI, NAIOP, ICSC, The Young Presidents Organization and The UCI Chancellors Club. He is a noted author and speaker on real estate trends.
