Ms. Boyle joined Griffin in 1991 to assist in all aspects of the real estate development, acquisition and construction services for the corporation. Since 1995 she has coordinated development activities for most of the firm’s projects, with special focus on entitlements, right-of-way acquisition negotiation, planning, design, financing, and construction through final project delivery/occupancy.

Prior to joining Griffin, Ms. Boyle worked at Security Pacific National Bank in the Real Estate Industries Group. In this position, she coordinated financing and legal documentation for a variety of California commercial properties.

Ms. Boyle is member of CREW (Women in Commecial Real Estate) in Orange County and Las Vegas Chapters, Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, NAIOP’s Orange County and Las Vegas Chapter’s. She received her Certification in 1999 at UNLV’s Lied School of Real Estate for Commercial Real Estate Studies. She has completed the following courses through ULI and other Real Estate Programs: Real Estate Finance, Appraisal, Project Management, Real Estate Marketing, and Real Estate Economics. She studied business at Washington State University in accounting/finance and has a Bachelor’s of Arts with a concencentration in Real Estate Management. Ms. Boyle is currently studying her Juris Doctorate at Concord Law University in Los Angeles, California.
