Founded in 1981, Griffin Holdings, Inc., is a diversified and fully integrated real estate services company that specializes in program and construction management, and which provides a full range of public facilities delivery components. Services which we offer on a tailored, menu basis include planning, needs assessment, programming, financial analysis, traditional construction management, owner representation / program management, and program management “at risk.” We have the capability to provide our clients with an “every step of the way” full spectrum of proven project delivery services. Because of this, even when contracted to perform more narrowly in single areas of the project delivery process, we are able to bring a wider overall perspective and understanding to the project, which in turn yields facilities solutions which truly represent the needs, desires, and expectations of our Clients.
